2.2 散热器散热性能不良引起油温过高 散热器散热性能不良的主要形式有：外部散热翅片变形或堵塞，冷却作用差；冷却风扇量不足；液压油散热器内部管道阻塞。前两者除可直观判断外，还可从散热器上下管温差变化不大得知，此时应清理散热片，紧固风扇皮带等。对液压油散热器内部管道阻塞的判断，可通过在散热器进出口油道安装压力表，检查二者之间的压差，油温为45ºC左右压差在0.12MPa以下司于正常情况，如果高于0.12MPa，则表明油管阻塞严重，应拆卸散热器上下盖，疏通管道。
