1、产品用途。
美和唐科技使用H65黄铜/铜合金和低碳钢等进行双面复合的冷轧压延工艺覆铜合金材料，可以代替H62黄铜/磷铜等其他铜合金，满足材料导电性能的同时，改善了材料的力学性能，可以节约大量的铜资源，节约成本，绿色发展。
常用于低压工业电气电工电子五金冲压件，连接件，元器件，电子产品零部件，铠装电缆屏蔽和电波暗室、屏蔽室等。
表面和H65黄铜一致，同时拥有双金属材料性能。，铜钢复合材料具备了热扩散优、可塑性强、硬度大、价比高的优点，是纯铜黄铜等的优良替代材料。性价比非常高。是节约成本
1、H65黄铜有极为良好的塑性(是黄铜中较好的)和较高的强度,可切削加工性能好，易焊接，对一般腐蚀非常安定,但在氨气气氛中易产生腐蚀开裂。
2、H65具有良好的机械性能,热态下塑性良好，冷态下塑性尚可，可切削性好，易纤焊和焊接，耐蚀，是应用广泛的一个黄铜品种。

2、外观
（1）表面光洁，平整，不应有气泡，夹杂，划伤，擦伤等。
（2）成型要求：材料具有良好的界面结合力、折弯性能及拉伸性能，满足冲压、拉伸等加工要求。
（3）耐腐蚀性能要求：铜钢复合板要求表面具有较好的耐腐蚀性，该性能通通复层铜化学成分及冷轧生产工艺过程控制来保证。
（4）其它要求：包括力学性能、尺寸精度及板形控制等。
